Can you stage my home if it's not for sale?

Of course! We offer redecorating services on top of traditional staging services. This means that we focus more on you and less on the real estate market.

Can Affinity help us with furniture shopping as well?

Affinity Home Staging partners with Furnishr, a turn-key furniture solutions business that provides beautiful, affordable furniture. If we decide together that new furniture is the right step for your space, my team will arrange all the furniture rentals and purchases. 

How much is it? Are there hidden fees?

I work with you to establish a realistic budget based on your plan for the future home. At the initial consultation, one of the first things we determine is how much you are realistically ready to spend. Then, we decide how we can do the most within that frame so that you get the best value from our service.


For example, we will only suggest renting or buying new furniture if you really need it. Other factors that matter are how long you need the space staged for, how big the space is, if the space is occupied or vacant to begin with, state of existing home decor, etc.

There will be no surprise fees when you get the bill. After the initial consultation, we will create a proposal for you and provide a quote. If additional fees pop up along the way, I will always tell you in advance. 

How long does it take?

After we have all the information we need from the initial consultation, we can stage a home as quickly as 2 business days.

Do you take on corporate clients?

Yes, we do. We partner with Furnishr and a large network of furnishing and logistics services to be able to stage anything from a single room to 40 condo units in one go. Send me an email for more information about corporate work.
